At Smartbeds, we take pride in the quality and workmanship of our rock and roll beds. We provide a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

WHAT IS COVERED

This warranty covers defects in the structural frame, hinges, mounting points, and welded sections of Smartbeds rock and roll beds for the lifetime of the original purchaser.

If a defect in materials or workmanship is identified, Smartbeds will, at its discretion:

• Repair the defective component
• Replace the defective component
• Replace the complete bed system if necessary

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

• General wear and tear, including cosmetic deterioration, fading, scratches, dents, or surface rust
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper installation
• Damage resulting from overloading the bed beyond its recommended capacity
• Damage caused by modifications, alterations, or unauthorised repairs
• Damage caused by water ingress, fire, corrosion, or exposure to harsh chemicals
• Upholstery wear, fabric damage, foam compression, and normal ageing of cushions
• Any third-party accessories or products fitted to the bed system
• Labour costs for removal, refitting, or transport unless agreed in writing by Smartbeds

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase must be provided when making a warranty claim.

All Smartbeds products must be installed and used in accordance with our fitting instructions and safety guidelines.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
